Content Policy
Rules for sharing, viewing, reporting, and protecting content across Kronop's social features.
Kronop supports user-created media and social interactions including photos, videos, Stories, Reels, live streams, audio, notes, questions, groups, marketplace listings, comments, and messages. These rules explain expected conduct; operational review, appeal, and enforcement timelines require confirmation before publication as a final commitment.
Where these rules apply
This policy applies to content and conduct on Kronop, including account names and profiles, photos, videos, Reels, Stories, live broadcasts, music and audio, notes, questions and answers, groups, marketplace listings, comments, reactions, shares, and direct messages.
The app code implements multiple content surfaces and report entry points. A feature being listed here does not guarantee that it is available in every release or region; consult the controls shown in the current app.
- Rules apply to content you create, upload, share, or send and to behavior toward other users.
- Content may be public, limited to an approved audience, or shared in a direct conversation, depending on the feature.
- Private or temporary formats do not remove your responsibility for the material you share.
Respect people and their safety
Do not use Kronop to threaten, stalk, harass, bully, intimidate, or repeatedly target a person. Do not publish private information or encourage others to harm someone.
Reports in the app include reasons such as harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, impersonation, and adult content. These reasons inform the platform's reporting taxonomy; they do not establish a complete moderation process or emergency response service.
- Do not encourage violence or dangerous activity that could cause real-world harm.
- Do not target people with hateful attacks based on protected or vulnerable characteristics.
- Do not share private conversations, contact details, or sensitive personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
Sexual content and exploitation
Do not share sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, sexualized abuse, or content that endangers a child. Do not request, create, trade, or distribute sexual material involving a minor.
The reporting interface includes nudity or sexual content and adult content as report reasons. Any age-specific legal definitions, detection tools, escalation contacts, and mandatory reporting duties must be finalized by qualified policy and legal reviewers.
- Do not use live, story, chat, or media upload features to facilitate exploitation.
- Report suspected child sexual abuse or immediate danger through the appropriate in-app route and local emergency authorities where necessary.
- Do not download or redistribute unlawful intimate material as evidence.
Violence and dangerous activity
Do not post threats, instructions, or encouragement that facilitate serious violence, self-harm, dangerous stunts, or criminal activity. Context matters, but a caption or disclaimer does not make harmful instructions safe.
The in-app video report taxonomy includes violence or dangerous activity. Review teams and escalation standards must be defined by the service operator; the source code does not establish response times or outcomes.
- Do not threaten a person or encourage others to carry out a threat.
- Do not use a live broadcast to coordinate an imminent harmful act.
- Do not present dangerous acts as safe challenges for viewers to copy.
Hate, harassment, and bullying
Do not use Kronop to dehumanize, threaten, or promote exclusion or violence against a person or group. Repeated unwanted contact, targeted humiliation, or coordinated abuse may violate this policy.
A report may identify hate speech, harassment, bullying, or threats. The final policy should define protected classes, contextual exceptions, repeat-offender treatment, and appeal standards consistently with applicable law.
- Criticize ideas or public conduct without turning it into targeted abuse.
- Do not organize others to dogpile, threaten, or mass-report a person dishonestly.
- Use blocking and privacy controls to manage unwanted contact.
Deception, scams, and spam
Do not impersonate another person or organization, use deceptive profiles, distribute scams, manipulate engagement, or send repetitive unwanted solicitations. Do not use marketplace listings or messages to mislead people about goods, services, identity, or payment.
The report reasons include fake account, spam account, impersonation, scam or fraud, and spam or scam. This inventory reflects visible user-report choices and does not establish an automated detection or enforcement guarantee.
- Make clear when a profile or listing represents a business, fan account, or other non-personal identity.
- Do not request credentials, one-time codes, or payment outside a clearly disclosed, officially supported flow.
- Do not buy or automate likes, views, followers, or reports to mislead users.
Copyright and permissions
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload photos, recordings, music, text, artwork, or other protected material. A credit, non-commercial purpose, or short excerpt does not automatically grant permission.
Kronop has copyright-related report routes in the app. The complete notice, counter-notice, repeat-infringer, and legal response process must be confirmed before the related pages are treated as formal statutory procedures.
- Use original material, properly licensed works, or material you are otherwise authorized to share.
- Obtain consent before posting identifiable people or private recordings where required.
- Submit rights reports accurately and in good faith through the official route.
Sensitive personal information
Do not expose another person's password, verification code, precise location, financial information, medical information, or private contact details. Consider whether a photo, video, screenshot, or live background reveals sensitive information before posting.
Content can remain available to people who have viewed, saved, copied, or received it even if the original post is later removed. Privacy settings reduce intended audience but cannot prevent every screenshot or off-platform copy.
- Review the audience and location fields before publishing.
- Use private-account and chat privacy controls where appropriate.
- Do not treat a screenshot alert or disappearing format as a technical guarantee against copying.
Groups, marketplace, music, and live features
Group posts, marketplace listings, music uploads, and live broadcasts can reach distinct audiences and may include user-supplied labels, media, and comments. Users must follow the same safety, honesty, and rights standards across these surfaces.
The application supports group, marketplace, song, and live feature paths. Specific commerce protections, seller verification, music licensing, live moderation coverage, and transaction handling are not established by the reviewed implementation and must not be implied until verified.
- Do not use a listing to advertise prohibited, counterfeit, or deceptive goods.
- Do not upload audio or music unless you have the rights needed for the intended use.
- Hosts remain responsible for live content and for using available controls to protect participants.
Reporting and evidence
The in-app report form can collect a reason, description, content location, account identifiers, and up to two screenshot URLs. It creates a report record with a pending status in the reviewed client-side service.
A report is a request for review, not a guarantee that Kronop will take a particular action or respond by a particular time. Keep evidence relevant and lawful; do not access another person's account or publish private evidence as retaliation.
- Select the closest report category and identify the specific account or content.
- Include only details necessary to explain the concern.
- Do not submit knowingly false reports or use reports to punish disagreement.
Moderation, restrictions, and appeals
To protect users and the service, Kronop may need to remove or limit content, disable features, or restrict accounts when the published rules or law require it. The client code includes report review/status helpers but does not establish a complete enforcement model, appeal channel, review deadline, or reinstatement standard.
Before publication, BALYX must define decision notices, proportional sanctions, urgent escalation, repeat violations, evidence access, appeals, reviewer authority, and how users can challenge an error.
- Do not promise a specific enforcement outcome based only on submitting a report.
- Use the designated appeal route if the app provides one and explain the decision being challenged.
- Preserve only the minimum evidence needed to review a case.
Temporary, private, and deleted content
Some Stories include a visible expiry timestamp in the reviewed upload/query paths. An expiry value in a record is not proof that all related storage objects, caches, screenshots, or backups are immediately erased.
Private accounts and chat settings affect selected visibility behaviors. They do not turn content into confidential communications or guarantee that recipients cannot preserve a copy.
- Check the audience before posting and avoid sharing information that must remain secret.
- Delete individual content through the feature that created it where available.
- Use the Account Deletion Policy for the broader account-level deletion limitations.
Questions and review
Use the in-app report route for content concerns and the verified support contact for policy questions. The website should link to the actual contact and appeal channels before launch.
This policy is a product-specific draft based on visible app features. Definitions, child-safety handling, regional rules, enforcement commitments, appeal deadlines, and moderation capacity require operator and qualified legal review.
- Read the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy alongside these rules.
- Use the most specific report form available for the content type.
- Do not rely on a policy page as emergency assistance.
What you can do
- Share only material you have the right and consent to publish.
- Use the in-app report and block controls for genuine safety concerns.
- Do not post content that exploits, threatens, deceives, or targets people.
