Terms of Service

The rules for accessing Kronop, managing an account, sharing content, and interacting with other people.

These product-specific terms describe the services represented in Kronop's app code and the responsibilities that accompany them. Legal entity, eligibility rules, governing law, final content licence, liability language, and operational enforcement terms require qualified review before publication.

Agreement and service scope

These draft Terms apply when you access or use Kronop through an application build or another officially provided interface. By using a feature, you agree to follow the Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Content Policy, and any additional terms presented with that feature.

The app source contains profiles, photos, videos, Reels, Stories, live streams, music, notes, questions and answers, groups, marketplace listings, chat, search, notifications, reports, and an AI assistant. A source module does not guarantee a feature is available in every release.

  • Read feature-specific notices before using a new capability.
  • The service may be changed, limited, paused, or unavailable as a release evolves.
  • These Terms must identify the correct BALYX legal entity before publication.

Eligibility and age

You may use Kronop only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms and meet any minimum-age requirement that applies to the service in your location.

The app onboarding flow contains a date-of-birth field, but the reviewed implementation does not establish a minimum-age gate, parental consent flow, or age-verification process. The actual age rule must be chosen and implemented consistently before launch; this draft does not invent an age threshold.

  • Provide a truthful date of birth when the current app asks for it.
  • Do not create an account on behalf of a child unless the verified product rules expressly permit it.
  • A profile date field alone is not proof that Kronop checks age eligibility.

Accounts and sign-in

The application includes email one-time-code and password sign-in paths, a Google OAuth path, and an Apple-branded sign-in screen whose full provider exchange is not established by the reviewed service code.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting authentication factors. Notify Kronop promptly through its verified support route if you believe another person has accessed your account.

  • Use accurate information and do not impersonate another person or organization.
  • Do not share passwords, one-time codes, bearer tokens, or recovery links.
  • Do not attempt to evade a restriction by creating another account.

Profiles and user-provided information

Profiles can contain a username, display name, biography, profile and cover images, optional social links, and account-related counts. Onboarding requests additional fields, including phone number, date of birth, gender, address, country, and a profile image.

The exact required fields, visibility defaults, and production persistence behavior must be verified by the operator. You are responsible for information you choose to publish and for updating inaccurate details where the app offers controls.

  • Do not put passwords, private keys, or sensitive financial information in profile text.
  • Respect other people's privacy and obtain consent before using their identifying material.
  • Use private-account controls where available, while recognizing they cannot prevent every copy.

Your content and the permission needed to operate

You retain rights you hold in content you create. When you upload or share content, you must have the permissions needed for Kronop to host, process, display, and deliver it to the audience and devices required by the feature you use.

The app supports media and text such as photos, video, audio, Stories, Reels, live broadcasts, music, notes, answers, group posts, comments, and listings. The final licence duration, territory, sublicensing, removal, and post-deletion terms must be legally approved and stated before these Terms are binding.

  • Do not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Do not use another person's image, recording, or private conversation without lawful authority.
  • A credit, short clip, or non-commercial purpose does not automatically grant permission.

Acceptable use

Use Kronop lawfully and in a way that respects the safety, privacy, and rights of other people. Do not use the service to distribute malware, scams, unlawful content, threats, harassment, exploitation, or deceptive listings.

Do not interfere with the service, probe or bypass authentication, scrape data without authorization, manipulate engagement, or misuse reports and privacy controls.

  • Do not evade blocks or access another person's account or data.
  • Do not use bots or automation to manipulate follows, views, likes, or reports.
  • Do not make a feature appear to provide a guarantee or endorsement that Kronop has not made.

Messages, live, and social interactions

Chat supports text and media messages and may display delivery/read status, online presence, and typing signals. Live features use camera, microphone, a session API, and a realtime video service where available.

You remain responsible for what you send, share, or broadcast. Privacy and chat preferences affect selected app behavior but do not guarantee confidentiality, prevent screenshots, or remove copies held by recipients.

  • Send messages only to intended recipients and do not use chat for threats or harassment.
  • Obtain appropriate permission before broadcasting or recording another person's voice or image.
  • Do not assume that live or disappearing content is never recorded by another participant.

Marketplace, music, and other feature-specific use

The app contains marketplace, music, groups, notes, questions, and other content modules. Their presence does not establish that Kronop processes a purchase, verifies sellers, grants music licences, or guarantees transaction outcomes.

Use only transaction or creator flows actually presented in the current app. The reviewed implementation does not establish active payment, wallet, payout, or subscription processing; these Terms do not promise them.

  • Confirm price, item, seller, and terms before using any officially enabled transaction feature.
  • Do not describe a listing, creator, or product as verified unless the app explicitly shows that status.
  • Follow additional feature terms if the app presents them.

Reporting, content review, and account actions

The app provides reporting flows for users and content. Report records can include identifiers, reason, description, content location, timestamps, status, and up to two screenshot URLs. The app source includes moderation query and status-update helpers.

The source does not establish a complete reviewer process, response timeline, sanction ladder, appeal system, or emergency service. Kronop should publish those operational commitments only after they are approved and can be met.

  • Submit accurate reports in good faith and do not use them to retaliate.
  • Kronop may need to restrict content or access to address safety, legal, or service risks.
  • Use the verified appeal route if a decision is presented and you believe it is mistaken.

Third-party services and device permissions

Some app functions rely on authentication, databases, object storage, realtime media, notification, identity, model-hosting, or operating-system services. The production providers and processing regions depend on deployment configuration.

You control operating-system permissions for camera, microphone, photos, foreground location, and notifications. The app can record permission status for a signed-in user. See the Privacy Policy and Third Party Services Policy for details and verification caveats.

  • Grant permissions only when you choose to use the related feature.
  • External providers may have separate terms and privacy notices.
  • A dependency in an app package does not prove it is enabled in the released build.

AI features and generated output

The AI assistant's reviewed response path runs a model locally on the device, after a model file is downloaded from a third-party hosting endpoint. Voice input and spoken output may use operating-system services.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. It is not a substitute for professional advice or emergency assistance. Do not rely on it to make decisions that require verified facts.

  • Review output before sharing or acting on it.
  • Do not submit sensitive information that you would not want processed on your device or by system speech services.
  • Do not use AI tools to create harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing material.

Suspension, termination, and deletion

Kronop may need to suspend or limit access where required by law, safety, security, or a breach of these Terms. Specific grounds, notice, appeal, and restoration procedures must be approved and published with an operational process.

The app includes an account deletion action that deletes the authenticated Supabase user through a server function. The reviewed function does not show complete deletion of related profile, content, chat, report, storage, notification, separate database, or backup records.

  • Logging out or uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
  • Use the Account Deletion Policy to understand current implementation limits.
  • Do not promise restoration or complete data erasure until production behavior is verified.

Disclaimers and limits requiring legal review

Service availability, data accuracy, third-party infrastructure, and feature behavior can depend on configuration and network conditions. No warranty, liability limit, consumer right waiver, or dispute resolution clause is included here as a final legal position.

Qualified counsel must complete the applicable consumer protection, jurisdiction, governing law, entity, warranty, liability, indemnity, and dispute-resolution terms for each market before publication.

  • Nothing in these draft terms should be used to remove a right that applicable law does not allow a service to waive.
  • Feature descriptions do not guarantee continuous availability.
  • The correct legal entity and official notice address remain to be supplied by BALYX.

Changes and contact

Material changes should be dated and communicated using a method appropriate to their importance and applicable law. The website should display an effective date and a clear channel for questions.

The responsible legal entity, governing law, service address, privacy contact, and support contact cannot be inferred from the app source. Replace this review draft with approved details before launch.

  • Check the current policy before using a changed feature.
  • Use the verified support route for account or safety concerns.
  • Use the verified legal contact for formal notices once BALYX publishes it.

What you can do

  • Use accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials.
  • Share only content you have the rights and permission to publish.
  • Follow the Content Policy and use safety controls responsibly.
