Terms & Conditions

Rules for using Kronop, managing an account, sharing content, and understanding service availability and account termination.

These draft terms describe the Kronop features represented in the application source. The responsible legal entity, applicable age rule, final content licence, governing law, notice process, and market-specific consumer terms have not been verified; this page is not a final contract.

Agreement and service scope

These draft terms are intended to describe use of Kronop through an app build or another interface officially provided by its operator. The project identifies Kronop as a BALYX platform but does not verify the legal entity that would be a party to a binding agreement.

The application source contains account and profile features, user-created media, messaging, groups, notifications, and other tools. A feature in source code is not a promise that it is available, complete, or supported in every release.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of accepting applicable terms and meet the age requirement that the operator establishes for the service and your location. The app contains a date-of-birth field, but the reviewed implementation does not establish a minimum-age gate. No specific minimum age is stated here because the applicable product rule has not been verified.

Use accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes confidential, and take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.

The app source contains email one-time-code and password sign-in paths and a Google sign-in path. Availability of any sign-in provider can change by release.

Your responsibilities

Use the service in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Do not impersonate another person, access another user's account or information without authorization, interfere with service operation, distribute malicious code, or use automated access to disrupt or manipulate the service.

You are responsible for information and material you submit, the permissions you obtain, and ensuring that your use of the service does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Content ownership and permission

You retain ownership of rights you hold in content you create. Do not upload or share material unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so, including permissions relating to people, music, images, and other protected material.

Operating features that store, display, or transmit your content may require a limited permission to perform those technical acts. The final grant's scope, duration, territory, sublicensing, and effect of deletion have not been verified or approved. This draft does not state a complete content licence; the operator must settle and publish those terms before relying on them.

Service availability and changes

Features may depend on devices, networks, configuration, and third-party services. They may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued, and the project does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, data restoration, or a particular feature being available in every location.

The operator should provide notice of material changes where required by law. This project does not establish the production notice method or a service-level commitment.

Third-party services

Some features can rely on external identity, hosting, storage, notification, or device-platform services. Their availability and terms may apply when you use them. The project's code and configuration do not establish a complete list of active production providers or their terms.

Suspension and termination

The operator may need to restrict or end access where permitted or required by applicable law, to protect the service or its users, or when these terms are materially breached. The specific grounds, decision process, notice, and consequences have not been verified for the production service and must be defined before these terms are final.

You may stop using the service. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete an account or associated server-side information. Account deletion and data handling are described in the Privacy Policy, subject to its stated limitations.

Disclaimers, liability, and consumer rights

Service behavior can depend on networks, devices, configuration, and third-party providers. No final warranty, liability allocation, or damages limitation has been approved for these terms.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude a consumer protection or other right that applicable law does not permit the operator to exclude or limit. Any jurisdiction-specific warranty, liability, or dispute language requires review by qualified counsel before publication.

Governing law and legal notices

The project's source does not identify the contracting legal entity, governing law, courts or dispute process, registered or service address, or a verified method for formal notices. No governing-law choice or formal notice address is stated here. See Legal Information / Contact for the details currently available.

Changes and effective date

The operator should identify an effective date and explain how material changes will be communicated. No approved effective date or publication process is available in this project. Check this page for updates, but do not treat this draft as a final binding contract.
